My scraptastic Sea Dragon is one of my most worn shawls! When I revisted the pattern for version 2.0 I weighed the yarn for each of the wedge sections and noted the yardage for each of the fingering weight and DK weight wedges so you can easily check your stash to see if you the right amounts. The largest wedge uses 48 yd/44m and the smallest uses 8/7.5

I knit the pictured shawl around 10 years ago, digging into all the leftovers of fingering weight I had in my stash a the time, and love this muted, vintage palette that evolved.
I knit this to between the small and large sizes, medium if you will , making with a total of 26 wedge sections.

When I was giving the shawl pattern a makeover I decided to add a DK weight option and also this sweet DK collar, which is such a fast knit and fun accessory. Perfect for leftovers, I stash dove and knit this one up in @spincycle_yarns paired with the last of a DK neon I've added to so many projects over the years.
