Hello from the colourful world that is my 🧶 studio 💛
I live and work on Millowl, Bunurong Country, AKA Phillip Island. A beautiful Island just off the south coast of Victoria. Over the past couple of years we have had fairly frequent sightings of the Aurora Australis, swipe for some pics, I’m enjoying Aurora Hunting ✨I also like to share daily videos in my stories of the ocean at the end of my street, the mood changes dramatically every day.
Apart from that it’s pretty much all about knitting here. 💛

Cleaning out my studio this week and found this, my first FO for 2024, a bulky version of the Dreamy Valentine Shawl. I knit this up in an afternoon, bulky yarn is so fast and I love the effect of a delicate lace pattern knit to a larger scale like this.

Something sweet for your needles and to wear!
Last year I updated the Zola Jacket to include more sizes and it now includes 30-60" bust sizes.
Knit top-down raglan, Zola is a great first garment with sweet mosaic trim that is so much easier to knit than it looks as you are only ever working a single colour per row.
Knit up in DK weight yarn, this is a perfect layering garment across all the seasons and it's simple enough to add length to the sleeves and body/hem if you prefer.
